AUGIE CARTON is the gregarious owner of Carton Brewing Co. in Atlantic Highlands, NJ—the seashore community where he was born and raised. An epicurean of the most hedonistic order, Augie is, above all else, an all around good drinker.
JOHN HOLL is the author of Drink Beer, Think Beer: Getting to the Bottom of Every Pint, The American Craft Beer Cookbook and Dishing Up New Jersey. A journalist since 1996 his work has appeared in the New York Times, the Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and Wine Enthusiast.
