This week we welcome Julia Herz to the show. Julia is the Craft Beer Program Director for the Brewers Association, a not-for-profit trade association that promotes craft brewers and their beer. She was in town recently to promote a food and beer pairing program for restaurateurs and chefs and so we naturally asked her about how restaurants, bars, and even breweries can up their beer serving game.
