Hey y'all! Today we're talking to Jean Broillet Iv, owner of Tired Hands Brewing and the Fermentaria (fur-men-teree-uh) in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. We caught up with him during the hectic week of CBC2016 and were lucky enough to check out his second restaurateur and brewery just outisde of Philly. Tune in to learn about Jean's favorite hop varieties and hear him pull a fast one on Augie. Also Ben Keene sits in in John Holl's stead. (Beer magazine editors -- they're essentially interchangeable.)
