This week we talk to Jeremy "Flounder" Lees of New Jersey's Flounder Brewing Co. Jeremy was the winner of the 2016 Brewing and Business Experienceship Award from Samuel Adams, which includes a mentorship program with Sam Adams as well as a collaboration brew that will be available in New Jersey sometime in the near future. jeremy tells us about how he began brewing and why he's planning to stay small, despite repeated nods to get bigger.
