Episode 33 - Evan Watson, Plan Bee Farm Brewery

We're excited to have Evan Watson from Plan Bee Farm Brewery joining us this week. Evan makes beer the hard way, using only New York State ingredients and propagating native yeast strains from fruit skins and collecting them his bee hives. He talks to us about his brewery's recent relocation from Fishkill to Poughkeepsie and why he chooses to work with the natural bounty of the Hudson Valley rather than those from the Pacific Northwest and Germany.
