Brand new week, brand new show! Today we're talking to Matt Levy of the Peekskill Brewery in New York's Hudson Valley. Matt took over as head brewer when our pal Chief left Peekskill about a year ago to start his new venture, Industrial Arts. He previously worked at Captain Lawrence and at Michigan's famed sour ale factory, Jolly Pumpkin. We talk to Matt about his experience working in all these places and how he's handling the day to day at Peeskill. Also: a preview of Hudson Valley Craft Beer Week!
