Happy Monday, Thieves! We got the prime seat right next to the popcorn machine at Treadwell Park, so this week it's all about diacetyl. Thankfully Gage Siegel is back on the show to help distract us from all that fake butter. You might know Gage from Beer Menus. After a brief stint in the Midwest he's back in New York and has launched a beer brand called Non Sequitur. Gage is here to tell us all about it and what he’s trying to achieve this this new project.
