Episode 304 - Hillary Barile, Rabbit Hill Farms Malting

Happy Monday, Thieves! We’re keeping local in the Garden State this week with a call-in from our friend Hillary Barile of Rabbit Hill Farms Malting in Cumberland County. Hillary supplies malt to many of Jersey’s best breweries so we wanted to get her on the show to talk about the evolution of craft malting right here in our backyard. She was even generous enough to ship all four of us beers for the blind tasting, both of which we all enjoyed immensely.
