Episode 313 - Matthias Trum, Schlenkerla
Happy Monday, Thieves! A couple weeks ago, we released an episode you may have had a little trouble understanding. Well, turns out we recorded a real version of that episode with our new friend Matthias Trum of Schlenkerla. Anyone who listens to the show knows we’re big fans of rauchbier and of Schlenkerla in particular, given its historic keystone status in the genre. We asked Matthias to Zoom into the B-Rizzle Virtual Studios and to our surprise he happily agreed! We had a great time talking with him about upholding his family tradition while also exploring creativity within the bounds of rauchbier production. I think we were all a little giddy but it was a fun talk and we can’t wait to have Matthias back on, hopefully in person next time! Tune in and let us know what you think.
