Episode 321 - Logan Ackerley, Wallenpaupack Brewing

Happy Monday, Thieves! Did someone say Rauchbier? The conversation this week starts there with our accomplice Logan Ackerley. He's the head brewer at Wallenpaupack Brewing Co. in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.

A few weeks back he released a Grodizikie and then barrel aged some of it, because why not. From there we're talking about how the brewery has changed in the 4 years it has been open and some of the fun little brews he's making on the brewery's pilot system.

Of note: his tea beers. Listen in as the breakfast beverage takes over not only our conversation but the black glass as well. We're off to a great start this summer. Hope you enjoy tuning in.
