Happy Monday, Thieves! We’re welcoming back Daniel Endicott this week. Dan is from suburban Philadelphia’s Forest & Main Brewing and he’s been on the show once before, way back when... Since then, his brewery has moved from a quaint but impractical Victorian house in downtown Ambler, PA, to a more suitable production space not far away. We talk to Dan about the move, how covid’s changed the business, and his never-ending drive to make people “Believe in Saison.” Tune in here and let us know what you think!
