We recently sat down with Garrett at the Brooklyn headquarters in Williamsburg (inside Steve Hindy's old office) and chatted with the brewmaster about the brewery's history, the 21st anniversary of Black Chocolate Stout, and his finding inspiration for beers from other beverages like cocktails and wine.
