Episode 50 - Johnathan Wakefield, J. Wakefield Brewing

We traveled down to Florida a few days ago for Cigar City's Hunahpu's Day® 2016. The festival was a blast, and went off without a hitch this year. Right before the gates opened, we got a chance to sit out on the lanai with one of the Sunshine State's finest brewers, John Wakefield of J. Wakefield Brewing. It was a breezy morning as you can tell from the recording quality (we apologize in advance!) but we had a great conversation about the almighty Florida Weisse and Johnathan's instrumental role in its invention. We also talk about more Florida beer and some cool collaborations that John is working on with our neighbors in NYC.
